I honestly haven't seen Topping make a class A anything as of yet....AB yes, straight A...no.

Hi there,

B200 is close to perfect Class B/AB, and the distortion is very low at any level. In principle, there is no conversion. If we must follow this logic, it is less than 0.01W.

The second with a sound demo. Unsurprisingly Topping is providing (per these reports) a transparent, clean amp with a dark background, but really interesting that these stage/image well. Reviewers suggesting maybe a bit light on immediacy in the mids. Would be great to read some good Head-Fi user A/B comps vs eg Schiit Aegir 2 as monos, Galion TS A75 (both in the same general price range). ALSO (this rarely is reported) use into hard to drive HPs like HE-6, Susvaras or ModHouse Tungsten’s).

I agree on the comparison, I’m considering these vs the Schiit Aegir 2 for my r3 metas. I live in audio desert, everything is 4-5 hour drive for me to audition anything…

Both will be audibly transparent. Go for the features you need.
