Yeah, probably a little bit of hyperbole on my part with the "insanely", but I still feel it's low relative to the prices from the big names for similar offerings (i.e. Apple, Bose, B&O, Beats, Jaybird, Sennheiser, etc...) I know Anker has a bunch out there recently at a low price point as well along with some others to be fair...

Sure, I understand your point and it makes sense. Now knowing that it is based on the Creative version, it makes sense this price. I hope the quality is as per Noble standards and not Creative standards. The sound we know will be and that is already a big positive point.

Totally understandable and smart. As a first model is a good strategy to enter the market. Well done.

Another future desirable product would be based on hook/cable that allow us to use our own CIEMs with it. The market is lacking AptX HD and LDAC on these models.

It is actually normal business with product development, if one have an opportunity to improve the design and features on a newer version, it will be done. Also being based on another product is not a bad thing, if you get the what was wrong before and correct, we are not reinventing the wheel here as that would be really expensive to Noble.

I'm really excited too. Already have my eyes on it definitely and actually held myself of buying the new Sony's.

Sometimes referred to as an open mold, meaning the body / shape is openly used among many, but the internals can differ.

Mold work is extremely expensive and time consuming. Those costs would impact the retail price of the falcon and probably make this project unaffordable.

Could another company copy the Falcon?
Pretty much, but the most unique component of the Falcon is the tuning, as that was done by me.

I dont pretend to have golden ears, but I do have a pretty good track record, a testament to that is, Noble is still here.

That said, the App does allow for EQ if desired

Well said and totally understandable. The Noble uniqueness of the sound is what we are looking here, the other features anyone can offer, but the sound signature is unique to you.

Is the falcon currently available at the normal stores in Japan?

What kind of seal do they provide(isolation) ?

If I change the tips will they still fit in the charging case? I had this problem with another brand.
