I really wanted to like this headphone, extremely comfortable and powerful bass. Unfortunately the mid range is a complete mess, sounds like people are singing through a paper bag.

It will be great when this headphone gets properly measured from a few trusted sources. Then we will see what is going on. I'm sure some will like the tuning, others will not. How broadly the tuning is appreciated will be interesting to see.

I would like to try this headphone just out of sheer curiousity in how such measureably high bass shelf will sound like in stock form, this is like equal to having a powerful portable amp bass boost turned on but as stock tuning. I haven't seen anything close to this, perhaps the old Sony Xtra Bass series comes close. I'm also interested if it can be EQ'd to sound decent if you are not just in for the bass, does seem like it has some other decent capabilities but that midrange surely seems way recessed and probably needs some fixing.

But I will only consider if it comes on sale in europe, so far doesn't seem to be the case.

Wow another collab with Zeos. Does anyone knows if this headphone is good for gaming aswell? It looks so comfortable
I got them mostly for gaming and some music listening. By far best headphones I’ve had for gaming. I don’t have a ton of time in them but have done Helldivers 2, control, and Witcher 3. The bass is a lot of fun for games. Good soundstage and does great with immersion.

Great to hear, i’m torn between this headphone and hd490 pro. I might have to try both and see which one to keep
