Hi @Shanling

What is the power output on the Line Out option?

Trying to see if it exceeds the recommended inputs on some portable amps, in which case I will use PO instead.

EDIT : Sorted.

Hi, I just received an M9+. When I plug it in to charge the red LED light by the USB C on the bottom turns on, but I cannot get the DAP to power up. I have held the power button and it’ll eventually flash the red LED but it won’t boot.

Is it likely the battery was fully depleted and now needs some time on the charger until it will turn on? It has been plugged in for about 2 hours.

Probably. Could also be something else…
Did you buy it Brand New from Authorized dealer?

Is this a brand new unit or purchased used?

You can give it some time on the charger, it might have been depleted battery

When you remove it from charger, does the LED light goes off or stays red?

You can try forced restart, hold down the power button twice for 15s.

It was purchased used.

I will let it charge over night as I am about to go to bed, but it’s been plugged in for about 2:30 hours already.

Yes, when I unplug it from the charger the LED light turns off.

The forced restart method didn’t do anything. Around 12 seconds the red LED (if I keep the DAP plugged in) flashes but that’s it. When it is unplugged nothing happens either.
