any help would be great. the m6 pro is shutting down now after i stop playing it for awhile. it used to stay on , all i had to do was push the volume button and it came on. now i have to restart it. which then you have to wait for the sd card to be checked which takes a while , sometimes while it is checking it it powers off . and you have to start it again.
i have both sleep and idle power off are set to off. do i need to reset the player if so, should i take the sd card out. it has 580 gb on it i don't want to lose. why is it powering off all the time

Please what software player are you using? In Shanling Music app you can turn off the automatic SD card scan.

Make sure that Vehicle mode is turned off.

Try to set idle power off to 5/10 minutes and check if it would shut off at correct time.

also now all the folders aren't showing up the computer to see on the sd card, when i have it in file transfer mode. this player is grewat and i just bought it 1 month ago, do you think something is wrong with it.

Received my Shanling M6 Pro (which I’m using on single-DAC) & ME700.

Short of my Grado RS2e w/G-Cush pads, I’m letting go of all my other gear — including a recent pair of Nio w/custom PlusSound Exo SPC cable.

Is anyone have problem with m6 pro latest firmware update? There is pop noise when playing music for the first time after it turn on.
Sometimes it's very loud pop noise, make me afraid it's will damage my iem. Before latest update, yes it has pop noise too, but not as loud as after this latest firmware

This can sometimes happen with Android. We recommend to use card reader for faster and easier file transfer.

Vehicle mode is in Audio settings.

Yes, you can connect M6 Pro to external USB DAC.

Line out output only affects analog output. Do not use it for USB output.

Do you mean you are getting this sound in your earphones or is it actually sound coming directly from M6 Pro and can be heard without earphones?

In past we had reports of Schiit DACs being not compatible with our USB output.

It works using the usb port on my Magni hersy amp and modi 3 + stack just fine. the new amp i"m buying Jotunheim with the ak4490 balanced dac uses a printer type port for the dac input, is why i'm asking thanks for the heads up

SyncLink serves only as a remote controller for Shanling Music app on M6 Pro.
Otherwise you can stream music from your phone to M6 Pro over Bluetooth(Bluetooth amp Mode) or Airplay.

Hear it on my earphone when i start to play a song for first time after i turn it on (i always turn off my m6 pro after using it)
