Thanks! Sadly, for me this is the only way I can navigate to that page until the English page is ready.

Not sure what other browsers offer, but if you visit a foreign language page in Google Chrome, you can right click anywhere on the page and there is an option to translate to English.

So, I've managed to collect 6 flagship (or almost flagship) DAPs from well-known companies: Lotto Paw Gold, A&K320, OPUS#2, Questyle QP1R, iBasso DX200 and Fiio X7 and I've made a video with comparison. It's really subjective, and I have an accent, so I've warned you:

I'm not sure, which topic I should put it, so, I've decided to put it to all related player's topics and hide video under spoiler to reduce annoyance

Wait...Cowon Plenue 2 is coming in few days.

Yeah, well maybe it surpasses the Plenue 1 in sq but this is what I wrote earlier today in the P1 thread:
When I saw that P2 doesn't have extra data (more gb inside or an extra slot) availabe and that it has the volume knob on top which will be facing downwards using it in a pocket, I simply immediately lost interest...and now that high (compared to P1) pricetag...sigh

For the record...P1 and LPG are my 2 favorite daps (mainly based on sq) so far.

Don't have P1, but assume it will have a warmer sig vs LPG more reference/neutral, so between two different sigs (w/JetEffects on Plenue and Parametric EQ on LPG) you got all your bases covered!

Good point about P2, with volume knob facing down as you put it in your pocket.  But they are going for a new DAC, so it will change/update the sound sig.  Will see...

That was a spot-on assumption, sir

P1 also has blacker background (which works out nice with Zeus XR).
LPG matches very well with all my (c)iems / headphones, while I use different EQ settings.

These days I listen a lot with H8.2 on a YY Pro Tucana cable...sounds great to my ears.
Still a bit curious about the SE5 synergy with LPG, which multiple members over here seem to like

My dap experience consists of moving from AK120 to AK240 and then AK380 and have been liking the sound signatures at each step of the upgrade path.

Circumstances here does not allow me to listen to paw gold. Based on my dap preferences , how will I like the lotoo paw gold? I will only use multi-armature iems and Focal elears with paw gold if I get.

Any insights are most appreciated.

The LPG is more about layering, power and depth, resolution, whereas the 240 is more about clarity, and the 380 is more wide, airy, clear and liquid. But all AKs feel like they lack depth, power and body when compared to the LPG. For example the Zeus sounds lifeless with the 240, great with the LPG, despite hiss (hiss is only with extremely sensitive BA).

I just snagged a great deal on a 2nd hand LPG titanium with only 7 battery charge cycles and I must say I wasn't prepared to be so blown away by the authority and control the LPG has over my iems. The level of holographic depth and vertical height layering is frankly stunning. I basically spent the past 6 hours just blowing through track after track and enjoying what the LPG does to interpret them. Having heard so many daps, recently owning a few other Chi-fi daps like HM901s, Questyle QP1R and Cayin i5, I must say the LPG has a really special character in its voicing and portrayal of musicality. Colour me mightily impressed.
