Makana seems to be the original Sora in balanced, not Ti3 in balanced. Anyone ordered or tried this? It seems to use the same driver and housing. From reviews the original Sora has a better timbre compared to Sora 2, is it @ehjie ?

Apparently it's balanced Ti3 'New Year 2021' version. Not sure what's the difference from the previous balanced Ti3 which seems has been sold out (http://intime-acoustic.jp/?pid=149290223). From the review, it's bassy, but with very little reviews done in english, I find it quite hard to gauge the bass characteristics. I prefer fast accurate rather than bloated bass. Although my research seems to suggest these, I don't know how true it is or what baseline to follow :
Ti3>Go>Sora Light>Sora2>Kira (order from bass focused to treble focused)
But it's kind of tempting to get this limited New Year version.

Unfortunately, i do not have the Sora 2 to compare with.
The Original Sora, i'm using right now (literally) w/ aet08 on the M0 sounds very very, very good for the money.
Neutral w/ some warmth all the way, crisp trebles., very nice micro details...

Sora 2 is amazing for what it offers. While it’s resolution is not at the level of EX1000, it has a more musical and holographic tuning.

I don't subscribe to the notion of equating having highs 10-15dB higher than the rest of the spectrum as 'resolution' or 'details' myself but Light impressed me enough that I've gone and ordered Sho. Not sure when it'll get here though.

I've bought Kira through Yahoo Japan auctions. Still waiting for Aleado to settle the payment and delivery. The proxy fee for Aleado is more expensive than Buyee or Zenmarket but I mistakenly thought that Aleado is the official platform for Yahoo Japan auction and didn't realize that it is a proxy site. Anyone who have experience using other Japan proxy shopping site? For me Aleado interface could do some improvement and it require the bidder to have equal amount in the account to bid for the item. And the fee is quite high.
