Internal Sound Chord Mojo

Hi Fellows,
Has any body experienced a sound like something is loose inside a Chord Mojo? Is it normal as I just received yesterday?

The spherical buttons (coloured balls) can be very slightly loose. That might be what you are hearing.

Thank you for your answer. Actually the spherical buttons was the sound.
I am returning it not because the sound but because the detector of the frequency is not working accurately (the device did not come necessarily new, probably it was returned).

That is very unlikely to be a fault with Mojo.
 
What device are you using, to feed a digital signal to Mojo?

AK120ii using the optical cable
 
The Mojo was sent back and I ordered a new one from a different source (Moon Audio)

Are you sure the optical cable was fully pushed in?
 
Sometimes optical cables seem to be connected, but aren't fully inserted, and of course that means that data transmission may not be fully successful, especially at higher data rates.

Chord mojo with Ra2.0 amp from venture electronics and their zen2.0 earbud is the best combo I've heard to date! No issues here
