I bought these speakers around Jan/Feb. of this year, used. They are in excellent condition, with only slight markings on the bottom of one speaker from the stands. These are very nice sounding speakers, but I honestly haven't been able to use them very much (ie, <25hrs), as I primarily bought them for my apartment next school year (the one I'm in now is too small to set up correctly). One speaker was unfortunately damaged structurely by Fedex when it was shipped to me, but it has been repaired by vandersteen at a cost of $200. It's pretty much brand new now. The steel stands (the $85 ones from vandersteen) are in good shape, although one of them has a scratch on the bottom.

I'm looking for $450 + shipping. Shipping weight is 51lbs per speaker, plus about 10lbs for the stands. If you live in Chicago or Champaign area, we can work out some sort of pickup. They are already boxed up in original cartons and sealed with fiber-reinforced tape.
