Hi Folks;

2 folks I totally respect have told me I'm wasting my time, but I have to try balanced amps. (and apologies to you 2 folks..I just have to try for myself..) To do so correctly, I need 2 pair of single ended interconnects to connect the dac to the amps. (yeppers odd connects...search for sk138) Here is the problem...This trial is only gonna cost me $235..using the lunchbox 2 amp..son is buying 1. I don't want 2 interconnects to cost more than the amps. I'm looking for suggestions for inexpensive neutral interconnects. I'll need 2x 1 mtr pairs...four cables. Thanks all, and apologies to the gents I ask for advice, and am now ignoring.

Signal Cable Analog Two is quite nice for the price, could be a less stiff though, but I've heard that Zu Oxyfuel is even worse in that regard.

I like the blue jeans lc-1. they are thick and the connectors feel very solid. then i use the 1505f for my digital interconnect. excellent cables for the price.

how about using solid 20awg copper wire from radio shack? I use their stuff to make my own interconnects sometimes and they work well for me. No soldering required, just get the rca jacks with screws. They are fun to make too. You will need a wire stripper though, and some patience.

It's very cheap, and I like them for now.

zu oxyfuel is very stiff but a good sounding cable for the money, $35-40 from ebay.

Thanks Ccon,

And apologies again to Krmathis, (I sent a PM). He linked the site, and I didn't follow it. My bad. I'll try to get the before mentioned son to review the balanced amps..I claim bad hearing, and sons, you know how hard it is to get older boys to emm..listen..

Just a correction... Balanced amplifiers use balanced connections, not single-ended connections. "Balanced" implies that at least 3-pin connectors are used, like XLR and TRS. I think you might mean bi-amplification.

Also, x2 for Blue Jeans Cable LC-1.

Bazile needs a good quality two identical pairs of RCA-male to RCA-male connector to hook up 0/180 phases to two matching amps for a discrete balanced configuration with his VDA2 DAC.
