InEarZ (Fisher Hearing) Custom Remold Owner's Thread

Does anyone know if they will reshell JH16's? I am tempted by the price. Also, do they tune it to the original specs, or no?

I'm in search of the best, lowest cost company and I think InEarZ (if they accept JH16's) may be it.

I believe people here have had their JH16's done by them.

Sorry to bring up an old thread. I'm looking into getting my TF10s reshelled by inearz. My current cable is broken so i'll be buying a new cable.
Should i be looking for a TF10 specific cable or another type of cable once it's reshelled? (i.e. cables from chrishimself, westone, etc).

Depends on how much you want to spend. InEarZ also offers cables for around $30. My FiiO cable is also around the $30 area and works great. You will also hear the usual that silver cables are better etc etc. I am not one of the believers in cables changing the sound.

Ya know, when I got mine done, I never thought someone would either copy me or just choose the same design. The link looks pretty close to my design.

Mine.

Those look absolutely amazing. Did it cost an additional $25 to have yours designed like that?

In the end i think i'm just going to go with the InEarZ cable to save some time and hassle. Do you notice any difference between your FiiO cable and other cables?

I didn't notice anything different sound wise between the stock and the FiiO. I got it since the stock cable sucks in so many other ways.
