I live in the midrange!
OK, some of us at work were thinking about this one the other day.

Is there an album that you find is particularly appropriate when you are feeling stressed out?

Where I work, we have deadlines. People get REALLY wound up sometimes, especially when you're trying to fix something that refuses to be fixed. STRESS!!!!!!

My choice for "In case of stress, break glass" is the Bob Marley box set, "Songs of Freedom". Just winds me right down every time.

Well, mon...whatca got to say??

only one that works to relax me is Maxwell - Embrya.

the whole cd is pure smoothness.

when i'm stressed though i usually listen to something upbeat to make me happy then i forget about the stress.

there is more than one way to skin the stress cat.
