came to this thread because I received the email. I know Bob has had bad luck and harsh criticism over the years, but this all just seems ridiculous. I’m glad I washed my hands of their products when I sold my Ace IEMs. it was a very frustrating experience, and the buy back ordeal was very strange as well. ever since then, I have lost all respect for the company.

The fact that he's posting up yet another new IEM without having delivered the Zions or Event Horizon is crazy for sure. But if anyone is shocked they haven't followed IMR for long, this is standard operating procedure.
