Still waiting for my Dark Matter but well. I think it is going to arrive one day and it is gonna sound wonderful. You need to be patient with IMR products including the burn-in process. One day the package will come and then you have to put in effort to make it sound good. That is like a project.

He has no tracking, therefore cannot know when it arrives. Just as there is no accounting team.

Though I don't understand how these refunds things work in UK. But just wondering why you don't want to get the buy back money in your bank account irrespective of how have you paid them originally. Will it attract unnecessary tax-burden on you.

I don't know about accounting team. However as far as expected delivery time for any untracked international mail from Royalmail to Europe takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks. For APAC it takes anywhere between 4 to 6 weeks. I once had received an untracked packet from Bob in less than 2 weeks time outside europe. I guess he is giving the approximate estimate.

I've just had the same email. Interesting, but doubt I'll be partaking. Also interesting that they are moving away from ebay.

The line about some ebay purchases being refunded makes me think that they have been temporarily banned from selling on ebay as if that happened, ebay cancels orders and automatically refunds. I've had this happen to a previous purchase I made from an unrelated seller. Scrap that thought, because they are still selling on ebay. Obviously just a bit of a brain-fart moment! lol
