Have heard back from IMR / Brandon about my Seraph and Enigma+.
They will check the Enigma+ for faults and get back in 2 weeks.
Seraph value to be discussed then .
I hope others have heard back from them as well.

Enigma+ has not been sent back to IMR for sale.
Seraph sent back for sale.
I have complained about the treble performance of the Enigma+ which Bob will look at .
He might open things up etc.
I'm ok to wait.

On that subject ... I found out NiceHCK is on Amazon. As an Amazon Vine reviewer, I got these two cables (here and here). Rather competent, but nothing extraordinary.

I have one of those, it's solid but nothing special. It stays on my lesser IEMs.

Apparently my new delivery will come without any tracking? They decided to use the Royal Mail International Standard delivery for my Dark Matter.

All of my IMR iems were sent using Royal Mail. All arrived safe and sound. You should be good!

I have sent IMR an email and only after they agreed have I sent my iems to them.
