I have the Enigma+, which for my listening purposes sounds like a combination of the Seraph+ and Titan.

Mostly agree. They have low's energy and mass from titan and crisp bright up Mids from seraph. Plus their own beautiful Mids. Treble however I prefer on enigma+ rather then on seraph

Exactly this, hence why my Seraph+ and Titan can go back.

What do you expect?

I simply expect that my Dark Matter will arrive in a used condition. That is all that I expect. How is this wide band driver gonna sound? My hope is that it will be good for gaming.

I see. I have both DM and NaLe which is considered a newer version of DM.
DM is more tight sounding with good imaging.
It should be fine for gaming.
NaLe is more lush and wider sounding. I find NaLe having the best performance to price ratio IEM in the IMR line.

Still waiting for a response from IMR for the 2 iems i sent back. They were delivered to their office last week .

I emailed them Friday afternoon (early Saturday IMR time) about selling back my Elan+ and haven't had a response yet.

Busy sorting items they are getting, I suspect. And on the hustings for today's election for parliament, perhaps.

Apparently my new delivery will come without any tracking? They decided to use the Royal Mail International Standard delivery for my Dark Matter.

The Seraph I bought from eBay last year arrived safely to India with 20 GBP shipping. I didn't have any tracking either !

If it gets lost in the mail, they can just buy another one from a former customer, no problem!

Tracking should be a must for expensive things. Though I didn't get any tracking for Seraph.
