Hi there from Italy (sunny Italy, indeed, in these days).

Google and Head-Fi's forum didn't help me in my research (for now).
Anyone knows the output impedance of a player SONY NWZ-X1050?
I think it's around 16ohm, but I'm not so sure.

I'm planning to buy a new 'phone after my old and, yes, dignified SONY V700DJ.
V700 is a 24ohm and X1050 drives it without particular problems or significant loss. V700, in the living room, is also driven by a YAMAHA RX-V750 that has an output 'phone impedance of 100ohm.

I'm searching a 'phone with an impedance and sensitivity suitable for both sources, 'cause i'm not interesting in portable amps, at the moment.
I need a closed cirum-aural, because I wear glasses and, with a supra-aural like V700, the arms cause me an incredibile ache after only 1 hour.
My budget is around €70. (internet shopping)
I listen to indie pop, indie rock, blues rock, some country, some folk rock, some classical, never disco or rap or hip pop.
CD, a couple of SACD, mp3 320K CBR (or not less than 256K CBR), FLAC.
I don't care "teenage bass". I prefer a neutral response in all spectrum.

I'm thinking at Sennheiser HD449 or Shure SRH440 (but Shure is a 44ohm and a lower sensitivity, too much, i think, without amping). For the Shure, I have to admit that my head is very small (ok, LOL) and I'm bald like a bowling ball. I'm worried for its uncomfortability. It's an exaggerated concern for my small, bowling head?

Thanks in advance.
