Recently I have been listening to a 1st gen nano, ALAC, through a Tomahawk via LOD, mainly for portability. Today I switched back to my iMod, I was like

what a difference! I love RWA.

Anyway if there is another iMod appreciation thread apologies, couldn't find one?

Love mine also. The HD595's I recently bought sound so much better with the iMod than my regular 5g with LOD.

I've always been a huge fan of Vinnie's iMod. I had a 4th gen and currently have a 5.5 gen. I feel that you would be hard pressed to find a better sounding DAP especially when loaded with lossless files and using high quality caps.

As for the 6th gen question: Vinnie has stated that he has no intention - currently - on offering an iMod of for the 6th gens. Something about it just not being worth it sonically I believe. But that is going from my not so great memory. Try going to the forum on his site and I'm sure it has been asked a number of times. It has been asked here to and he's responded so try doing a search.
