How do i make the size (like disk space sice ex: 1.1mb) drop down to like 25600 bytes? I used a convertor and made the pic .jpg yet it is still over the size restriction for posting pics.. What else can i do to make the size smaller?!

lower the size of the actual picture

lower the quality of the jpeg comression

lower amount of colors used

you'll need something a little more advanced than Paint for those last two options though.
