I compared the PX200II to the PX100, sure the PX100 sounds better, but I can live with the PX200, IMO, a bit more bass thought obviously more stuffy than the PX100, if you can find the PX200II for less than the MSRP, then I'd say go for it! if you need isolation, I'd remove the k420's because they are semi open cans
