Thanks, it is so nice of you. I plan to buy an ER4P after the holidays. The price of it is around $240. Is it reasonable?

There are also many headfi fans like me in China and we have founded a forum like this, named "ER JI DA JIA TAN". www.erji.net It has English version for sure.

Welcome!

Well you must be young and unmarried??? Because you only receive red envelopes if you're either child or a young person and unmarried. I'm married so I give out the red envelopes. You also get bigger $$$ red envelopes usually from your parents and real close relatives and smaller red envelopes like $1, $5 from close friends of your parents.

Things you don't do on Chinese New Years, swear, say ill and bad things to other people, don't clean the house, like sweeping or vacuuming (you'll sweep away all your Good Luck), don't wash your hair today (again your Good Luck will go down the drain), you can take a bath/shower however. Eat, drink and be merry with family and friends.

Thing you do on Chinese New Years:

Set off some firecrackers, chases away the evil spirits.

Gamble, not sure of the significance, Asians are gamblers by blood anyways

Spend your red envelopes on anything you want

Woohoo Happy New Year!!!

LOL... you can say that again.

I have a friend who's from Tianjin, and she actually just came back from there recently... and I *almost* went to Tianjin when I was in China over the winter break. Welcome.
