Is there any differece between the two? Or is it exactly the same. And is it a good deal if i get it for 350 on ebay? or is there a better deal somewhere else?

help me. Or suggest me a different hard drive based player. I was looking at iaudio's m3 but i really dont like the fact that it doesnt have a lcd screen on it.
