Don't know if they have been used because there are lots but what about atmospheric levels,

You can add iFade (not sure if that was already suggested and too lazy to read through 19 pages), iStep (as in stepped attenuator) and iPad (as in "L" pad)
 
PS - you might want to consult the legal team on that last one.
