It's not necessarily uncommon, rather our way of getting you in our system ahead of time so our STS can help you out if there is an issue.

Thanks, but since I figured it wasn't an uncommon issue, I figured I would post here to see what kinds of adjustments I could easily make without going through the support system. It's eye-opening to me that suggestions haven't been made by you, the official iFi account or anyone else. I realize Tidal streaming is probably the dominant mode of operation as far as MQA but I really want to get local playback to work as well.

On another note, anyone know when these alternative digital filters will be available? I've only seen the 1.35 and 1.32 firmware posted.

Extensive jitter-eradication technologies are applied to the digital stage, including iFi’s GMT (Global Master Timing) femto-precision clock and intelligent memory buffer. The NEO iDSD also comes with iFi’s GTO (Gibbs Transient Optimised) digital filter installed; alternative digital filters can be loaded as firmware updates if preferred.

Please please please get rid of needing the GTO filter for the Neo. The GTO filter introduces noise issues. This should be optional like it is for the Diablo and your other products. Please create a bit perfect option.

Hi sorry I have sorted this out. I used my motherboards dac up and added voltage and that resolves my problem.

Sorry @iFi audio but I got tired of waiting for you guys to bring out a NEO iCAN or equivalent.

For your desktop amps, the price gap between your ZEN CAN Signature to Pro iCAN is crazy lol. Massive hole to fill there methinks so I purchased a Gustard H16 instead
