Yup, it's that time again.

What are we all about this time, you might ask and rightfully so. We can't say, not now at least. Everything will be revealed very soon. For now, a guessing game is in order. Please take a look at the picture down below. There's a hint there. The main questions are these: what is our latest device? What purpose does it serve?

Have fun!

Not that sure though what's really shown is something already on the market since that dark grey matte front and black plates make me think that we're in front of something new in the nano-micro-pro products. Something in between the micro and the pro series. I proudly own an idac and that knob and the "dark graphite" colour makes me suspect.

A bit of light would help knowing what the folks from iFi have prepared for us, but I suppose it's like when you're well accompanied in a half-lit bedroom, things get more interesting...

It’s a wireless network hub (Bluetooth and Wi-Fi ready?) allowing our great iFi gear to connect to nearby digital streams.

For v2 I would make it a two-way street allowing it to bridge to Bluetooth headphones.

So what’s my award? :)

iFi has commented in the past on MQA that it was "a little early" (I'm paraphrasing) to consider, but the color indicators seem similar to what some MQA-capable DACs have- at least the green and blue indicators indicate different states of MQA authentication. Again, not a real serious guess, but that sprang to mind first.

Maybe this is a nano iDSD Black Label edition with Bluetooth integration?
