I am entirely dissatisfied with that answer!
Hahaahah. Used copper tape for outer shielding of some components/cables for rejection of unwanted interference at the same time so I can connect the copper shielded components/cables to an active grounding unit, resulted in calmer/more relaxed sound.
I feel better now, thank you!
This one is based on our AC iPurifier and fixed to our PowerStation, and as such it does very similar things.
Thank you for the explanation @iFi audio . So it is NOT a stand alone unit, but built-in to the powerstation. I am quite happy by how the system sounds now by adding 2 more AC ipurifiers. The sound is very analog sounding now. But I feel like i am losing a bit of decay and air?
When power gets celaner, some listeners tend to perceive this as i.e. resolution loss and lesser clarity. But power treatment in general takes the edge off music and it takes a while to get adjusted to it. But then again, your ears should be your only indicators.
Clarity is there, just less decay/air. But the sound is diff now. I think it needs time to work properly. Read one of the reviews on positive feedback , they left the ac ipurifiers for a week in their system before any critical listening. Btw this is out of topic for this thread, but where can I purchase the 15v 4a ipower?
For which product?
I need one to replace the apple macbook pro 85w magsafe 1 adaptor, will use a 5.5x2.1 to magsafe 1 dc adaptor to connect the ipower to the macbook.
