If I put my CX300's in my ear all the way after some time my ears start to hurt. The small and medium sizes both fit me well, but I don't know which to use.
try the medium, they shudnt be hurting, otherwise u dnt wanna be damaging something, the small might allow it to go into much, if it still hurts with medium try large?
Does anyone who owns the Senns know whether you can use foamies on them? For example, short Complys or small Shure black foamies (or whatever brand of foamies fit the CX300s) might be less irritating.
Does anyone think that might help the OP? I find the silicone tips pretty soft. But if the OP has very small ear canals, or is allergic to silicone, maybe foams would be one answer.
[Edit: Also, there's an over-the-counter product called Otto-Ease (not sure if I've spelled it right) for users of hearing aids -- it's intended to reduce in-ear irritation when using audio devices. Might help in this case.]
