Hey guys, I'm looking for a pair of IEM's for under $30 (As the title says lol). I'll be mostly using these while I work out: Running, Lifting Weights, etc. So for sure I'm looking for something that won't fall out of my ears and have some good-great isolation. The source of my music will coming out of my iPod Classic. I also have an Fiio e11 amp that I use with my M50's, so it will be great if I can use the amp with the IEM's. The type of music I listen too are Rock, Hip-Hop/Rap, Dubstep (Skream, Kode 9, Digital Mystikz), Drum & Bass, Classic Rock, etc. Oh, also, it would be great if I can get them somewhere where I can pick them up really soon like Bestbuy, Walmart, Fry's Electronics, etc. Thanks guys!

you can get JVC FX-40(for balanced overall clarity), $30, or FX-101 for stupid strong bass($20) from Sears
Or Philips SHE3580 from Marshalls/TJMaxx for $7

If you wait a tad, you should be able to find a GR06 or RE0 for about $40 in the for-sale section of the forum. That bang for the buck is pretty unparalleled.

Go for the JVC HA-FX40 if you like a brighter sound, or the Panasonic RP-HJE355 if you want a slightly warmer sound. Both of these have plenty of detail.

The SHE3580 seems nice. Klipsch s4 can be had for around $30 at the bay, are these any good? How do they compare to the PL-30 (have one but the cable broke)

I am extremely impressed with the JVC HA-FX40 after about 100 hours of burn-in. I wouldn't buy them unless you can burn them in for 100-150 hours of drum and bass before you need them. They are extremely harsh out of the box and unlistenable. After the burn-in, they turn into a very neutral, flat-response IEM. If JVC burned them in before selling, I think they would be very competitive at the $60 mark. 
 
The HA-FX101 has enough bass for any bass head. Really, they were born to go "boom wub wub wub, boom wub wub wub wub wub wub wub." While sounding moderately boomy, they are not bad at all. V-Shaped sound signature included. I like them for dNb. They, unquestionably, have more sub-bass than any of my other IEMs. If you are going to be using these for rock I don't know if I could recommend them though. The bass overpowers the mids a good bit, and you loose that drum stick on drum initial snap in the aftermath. Same thing goes for the kick drums. 
 
Personally, I find the JVC HA-FX to be a very good all-rounder, while the HA-FX101 is tremendous for drum and bass, dubstep, and hip-hop. 
 
Oh! I re-read your post again and noticed you have an E11! Me too! Previous impressions were based on unamped performance. With the amp the bass on the FX101 tightens up considerably. It is still a little boomy, but it's a good bit less so. The FX40 sounds about the same, but you can add in the bass boost and make them pound you pretty hard. The FX101 with bass boost kicks harder than lots of clubs. No joke. I love both of these amped. I would probably go with the FX40, but amped the FX101 is quite the competitor.

If you're willing to spend a LITTLE bit more money, go for the Sennheiser CX 870; they're amazing for the price!
