So the cover protecting the innards of my im616s came off on the right side (completely on accident, there is no way I would want to even try and attempt to modify these). I was hoping I wouldn't have to make a big deal out of it, so I wrapped some duct tape on it to protect it from the elements but now I get no sound on that side. It appears that all the connections are solid, so I am afraid I may have shorted it. Is there anything I can do? Anything Altec Lansing can/will do?
