Hello
I am looking for an IEM with a slightly V-shaped frequency response. I do not want really strong bass or sizzling highs, just a natural weight to bass and sparkle up top. I like slightly emphasized female vocals.
I also need good noise isolation. Price: up to 400€ (Germany)
Currently I own the InEar Stagediver 2 and NuForce HEM4. Both are somewhat dull-sounding and the Stagediver also doesn't really have deep bass.
I also tested:
UE900s: weird, honky mids
InEar Stagediver 4: close to my perfect response, but a bit artificial sounding up top, too expensive
Fischer Amps FA-4E XB: Bass too boomy, comfort issues
Fischer Amps Rhapsody Symphonie: A bit brittle sounding, comfort issues, high price
Dunu DN-1000: close, but bass is slightly too boomy, bad comfort
Final Audio Heaven IV: way too dark and soft
Etymotic ER4SR: bass and treble cut off too much
Etymotic ER4XR: honky lower mids, treble too low
IEMs I have on my mind: Dunu DN2000J, iBasso IT03, Vsonic GR07 Classic, Westone W30
Thanks!
