Hello boys&girls

So I'm thinking of buying either the FiiOx1 II or x3 II for outdoor listening. Not really hard to decide bout that but I'm grinding my teeth out on what In ears I should get. Im listening to a wide range of music, from hardcore metal to hiphop or classic. Im not really an expert when it comes to Hifi gear, I just know what kind of Sound I want. I like a more balanced sound, not too focused on Bass. Any suggestions? If not, what do I have to look after when buying headphones, or is any haedphone viable? Price range can be from 100-200 (prefer lowest price though)
