IEM Hissing Noise (MeElectronics M6)

Well, I've recently bought a pair of IEMs from MeElectronics, the M6 model. The problem that I have with them is that I constantly hear an annoying hissing noise on the right channel. Even if I remove the eartips, I still hear the hissing noise. I don't know what caused this but I need some advice on how to remove this. It's thanks to this that the hissing is on my head and it feels like I can hear it. Thanks! 
 
(I am not skilled in Electronics nor am I an audiophile yet.)

Hmm..I think you got a defective one, my M6 had no hissing noises even at loud volumes. Contact meelectronics support, they will replace yours, they have a very good customer support
