Greetings.

I'm completly new to the whole audio thing and whatsoever.  And I'm looking for an advice. As I'm told MacBook's(it's macbook pro 2015 retina if it counts) impedance is something about 10Ohm if this even matters. I am listening to something like that  1 2 3 4 5. So, female vocals and not so much bass. May be that budget is high for such source, but I'm completely open to hear all the advice as I already told - I'm quite new. I have no option to listen any of the variants I can hopefully get. Noise cancellation matters, but just a little I think. Thank you in advance.

My regards.

Do you mean active noise cancellation? Or passive noise isolation? And if your Macbook has such a high output impedance maybe using IEM isn't the best idea. However as for my recommendation the Shure SE315 is a good pick. Its great for female vocals and good passive noise isolation.

Just as an information, the MacBook Pro does in fact (and therefore in contrast to what you heard) have a very low output impedance of less than 1 Ohm (actually closer to 0 Ohms). However, it doesn't have the most fine-grained volume steps and the noise floor is also pretty high, so you will be facing hiss when using highly sensitive in-ears.
