I recently got a some brand new TRN V90 IEMs and since they didn't cost me anything I thought I would upgrade them with a new cable and some other stuff. This is were I've run into a bit of a headache on the box it says that the connector type is 2-pin 0.75mm. When searching for cables that fit the options seem rather limited compared to the rather more common 2-pin 0.78mm connector cables.

Now to the question at hand can you insert a 2-pin 0.78mm connector into a 0.75mm port or is that a no go? Does anyone have experience with this situation?

I think u can insert a 0.78 mm connector into a 0.75 mm port, but it makes the port loose over time.

U can ask more in this thread: https://www.head-fi.org/threads/low-end-cheap-generic-otherwise-bang-for-buck-cable-thread.891911/
They've given me good advise on cables before and some of the folks there use the TRN V90 too.
