I want other iem besides the Final e3000 I currently have.
I'm looking for more neutral than the e3000 and more detail, larger sound stage for under 200$.
I'm also looking for a dap under 200$.
Currently The hiby r3 pro and fiio m6 sound like possible good choices with the ability to use streaming services. I would prefer files, so I thought perhaps qobuz would be a good possibility with both, but i dunno if it would work or not downloading the streaming files to the dap. There's probably some sort of drm.

ok, so you are looking for a DAP at $200 and an IEM with more neutral sound, better resolution and possibly more treble extension than the FA e3000.

for the DAP I’d take a look at the HiBy R3Pro and the FIIO line.
The R3 Pro is small and has good battery life, the FIIO equivalent seems to have some better connectivity, but that’s from discussions

regarding the IEM, I find Crinacle.com very useful, he has a really big list of IEMs rated and described briefly, and a great tool to compare the frequency responses.

He described the e3000 as warm, which means elevated mid bass and smoother highs.
Based on his list, the Tin Hifi T4 or T3 could be options for you, or the Ikko OH1
Another “hot” IEM at the momment is the Audiosense AQ3, but there’s not that much information around yet.

Thanks that is quite helpful. To be fair warm is probably a better way of describing them lol. The vocals seem covered in some songs if that makes sense. Like they're beneath a layer of other sound.
