I'm looking for a change. Getting a little bored with my IE look. I have Opera, and really like how you can change skins/color without messing with the desktop. However, I prefer the performance of IE. Can anyone recommend a program/download sites to do this?

Click where it says WebBlinds Website at the top. Once you download it, go back to the original page (GO HERE) to download different skins. That site also has tons of other neat stuff, such as Windowblinds and 3500 wallpapers.

Go get yourself MyIE2 , It's based on the IE engine but has a lot of added features like built in popup blocker, tabs and skins. I've tried em all and I think MyIE2 has the best compromise of features and performance.
