It doesn't answer your question but I'm 99% positive that its a track from Star Wars Episode 1.

Right you are, it's the second track of the soundtrack, titled, Duel of Fates.

Its kinda hard to figure out because you've got a cheap soundtrack and an expensive soundtrack (ultimate edition).

"Original Soundtrack" - Duel of the Fates
"Ultimate Soundtrack" - The Duel Begins -> The Tide Turns/Death of Darth Maul

The Ultimate Soundtrack has two discs, and has a lot more tracks. So the soundtrack follows the movie and splits up the pieces into more tracks.
