Guys, I went to check out the place I mentioned last week (rental room for the meet).
 
The place is called Coffice http://www.cafecoffice.com/
 
It's located at 1458 Sherbrooke West.
 
Basically, it's a coffee place and on one side there's a glass room, with maybe 12-14 chairs and a big table.
 
It's 35$/h to rent, and the girl inside said, if we're planning to rent for more than an hour, the cost could be negotiated with the owner.
