For now, I think i will use the chargers only after the battery indicator is blinking to prevent overcharging too much. Maybe after a year or so i will look for the replaceable battery..

It turns off charging when the battery is charged. I use the PB5 and the D16 on the charger all the time at the desk. I have never had an issue and I don't want to charge and discharge the battery, putting it through many cycles. I see no reason to do this.

I get it now, so it is actually alright to charge it all the time, because it is only charging after the battery level down to certain level.. thank you to make it clear..
Do someone knows the exact reference of lipo/li-ion cells used inside the PB5?
Usually most brick shaped cells are easy to find on AliExpress, but if they used something proprietary I won't consider buying this model.
For such device a non user replaceable battery is a deal breaker.

You can always order a original battery from Ibasso, I don't find this a issue at all.
Ibasso designed this for user to easily replace batteries by just 2 screws at the back rather than sending the whole unit in.
