I got to listen to the IT04 as well. I got to listen to them thanks to the iBasso HF stand-ins at CanJAM.
(I believe these are pics of the IT04. I didn't organize my pictures and took lots haha)
Due to it featuring 1 dynamic and 3BA in a hybrid configuration, it was harder to fit into my ear than say the IT01 but that is to be expected.
It had a much more pronounced bass and low end response than the IT01 with a fantastic thumb for its ability to produce impact.
Clear frontal mids without any noticeable dips during my short time with it and a more open sound than the IT01. It was also decently sharp with instruments and details. Despite this, thanks to its encompassing bass and frontal mids, I found it to be fairly intimiate in how it wraps the sound 'around' you with a dash of warmth.
Had a decent time with it.
