Have you done a factory reset? You can also go into the Recovery mode by having the DX300 off, hold down and hold the forward button and then plug it into a charger.

My dx300 looks bricked. It's not responding to any mode key combinations. Should I ask the service@ibasso for your address?

If your convinced that it is bricked, or don't want to mess with it, then yes by all means. They will be able to fix it. You should email @ Paul - iBasso for instructions and fees (if any).

And try a flash with the 660 tool connected to a PC and the image of the latest firmware that are posted in previous posts.
Following the manual steps and with a post that I published a few days ago about some steps that do not appear, it is easier than it seems at first.

For trying...

When mine seemed bricked (Completely black, no button inputs would do anything, USB would connect and disconnect but could not flash or control with ADB), had just about resolved myself that it was toast but I let it sit for a week unplugged and once the battery drained it reset and worked again. Give that a shot before you call it.

That happened to me too and I let battery drain to zero , recharged and it became responsive again

My experience was that if I plugged it into a PC (where it was a VERY slow charge) it powered back on after just a few minutes, even though it was not a dead battery.

Dear friends here is my opinion on the AMP14.

https://www.head-fi.org/showcase/ibasso-amp14-for-dx320-and-dx300.26402/review/30463/

Thank you for reading.
Very nice review!

Do you (also) have the DX300? I think all information in your review is relevant except (potentially) for the sound impressions. The reason I say this is that from reading other impressions on the other cards (Amp13 and Amp12), they sound very different in the DX320 than they do in the DX300. I can't confirm this, of course since I don't have the DX320 to compare.

I am sorry, I don't have the DX300 but I have owned it for about six months and I agree that all information about the amps is relevant.
The DX300 has a different stock sound signature than the DX320 so all amplifiers will have another sound effect in it.
The only amplifier that I have tested in both DAPs, but not simultaneously, is the AMP12 and it sounded different quite different in each DAP.
I have admitted many times in here that I slightly prefer the DX300 to the DX320...

Has anybody got poweramp equalizer to work with Tidal? I've done the adb tweaks, but I often just get distorted audio. I wondered if it just isn't compatible with the DX300's audio driver. Or are there other eq apps I should try? I'd rather use the Tidal app than UAPP.

I think Wavelet works with Tidal, but if it doesn't you can put it into "legacy" mode and it pretty much works with most apps.

New C9 owner :)
Anyone know if AMP 12 has the ground on its line out connected? If it is, is it connected to the charging ground, or are they isolated from each other?
