That above is the original EX. Since parts are obsolete, I had to evolve the EX into something more to adopt. There had been a couple of my personal modules out there which is slightly different, but nothing major. Pretty much still original.

The latest development is from the “S” variations. This is still in the evaluation period, and I was developing it at the same time a buddy asked to experiment on his as well. So, there are 2 of this “S” version. One is keeping by myself and the other one went to my buddy. This version adopting the largest Silver foils capacitors as possible, with some further tweaks to reinforce this tuning.

*pictured* is with pure gold extensions

Hot glues epoxy is placed for components stability, and mechanical vibration dampening mechanism. This further reduces distortions and improving the end results.

Would be very nice, especially whith ROHM dacs. Maybe @Paul - iBasso could manage it for the dx320? I would also order one for the dx300 (can be with Cirrus chips)

So, after about an hour of jumping back and forth between the DX300 with the Amp11 mk1 and the M11 Pro my general impression ends being wow, just wow. Literally everything is 10 times better. The amount of detail, clarity. Anything I throw at it sounds so clean and natural, from vocals to strings and drums. They have a natural vibration around them that sounds perfect. Really loving this, track in pic may not be the best example but its whats playing right now. Swapping to the EX in a few minutes.

I get you. I was comparing the dx311.2 to even bigger boys like ak sp1kM, sp1k, sp2kT and the 12EXN to the Shanling M9 and im still having the dx312EXN. And im quite demanding

And i didnt have the Monarchs Mk2 back then But i saw on your pic that you have the IT07. They do magic with the dx300. Thats why im def keeping them as my support iems. IBasso did some magic with synergy. They compliement the dx300 (and 240, 320) in a way that is hard to describe. They sound so sophisticated and lively together.

No, i didnt preorder this beauty YET Still waiting for more impressions, especially comparisons with the dx312EX/EXN here on head fi. I would definitely expecting this player but since im pairing the EXN with the Monarchs MkII, im getting such a high quality sound that im really doubting that anything is worth paying extra money. Surely, knowing IBasso, the dx320 will be even better but how much better? Who knows now. Just waiting and maybe there will be some comparisons im interested in.
