I have just registered to Jetmall to get one but unfortunately they oblige shipping address to be the same as billing address and the address of the credit card account. Now, I am buying it from outside of U.S. and want to ship it to an address in NYC as a gift and I am not allowed to do it!

They are constantly offline so far. Their online help I mean. Maybe I should phone them. My case is a bit complicated, I need thenm to deliver it on Monday latest and this is way too risky.
