I bought the 20 best of the 80's CD..well..Small print at the bottom states.. Performed by the 'countdown' singers.. I'm pretty much kicking myself.. Pretty bad covers..Its all bubble gum soundy now.. Only 3.00 though..

LOL, that sucks you gotta watch all those Countdown Singers cds. I had one in the checkout counter until I realized it. All those five dollar and less cds at best buy aren't the real thing. I bet you only do that once. have the countdown singers ever had a hit lol.

I grew up in the 80s(my teen years) and even though I acknowlege it was cheesy music it brings me back to my youth. I hear a song and it brings back a memory. Time after Time by Cyndi Lauper can never get old lol. There were a few good bands to come out of the eighties.

ok, you've made your point... It's just that it's the only thing they play on Dutch radio . And because of that I have problems understanding this music. I like some punk stuff, Queen, maybe sonic youth .... but Tina turner , and all those New order synthesizer sizzle drizzle bands are So industrial and cold sounding.
