SM3 has a pretty epic soundstage. Been listening to some live tracks and they really sound nice.

i will recommend PFE232 and Radius DDM series, they can be consider accurate, open and nice positioning earphone

Iems just do not have that open, '3D' soundstage full sized cans have to the potential to do.

I'm gonna have to disagree on the UM3X and the EX1000. Soundstage is probably the biggest weakness of the UM3X (though they do have GREAT details and tight bass) They're pretty closed in for the most part. And the EX1000 do offer a great soundstage but the isolation is poor at best. If the OP plans on using these in a casino he's likely to hear everything around him and that'll greatly reduce the soundstage emersion effect.
 
However the SM3 offer great soundstage, details, AND isolation. Go with the SM3.

Soundstage or soundscape?
Just merely having great width and extension across your perception can be misleading.
I find iems like the earsonics sm2/3 with deep insertion really present the vocals and instruments realistically true to space.
They're aren't particularly misleading or distant like the ie8 or tf-10's presentation.

The um3x and ex-1000 are great in imaging and location.
But I agree they don't base their presentation cue with the soundstage.
