As far as her voice... ehhh. IMO she's good, but far from great. It's all subjective, of course.

Wow...just wow. She has a very impressive voice. I'm definitely buying both her CDs.

If anybody's into Japanese singers, I'd recommend giving Emiko Shiratori a listen. I've liked her quite a bit since hearing her sing Final Fantasy 9's ending theme "Melodies of Life", but hesitated to buy her CDs since they're pretty expensive. I finally bit the bullet and used the recent DVD sale on Yesasia as an excuse to buy all of her major CDs...and I'm not disappointed in the least.
