I have two Plainview 9.6v batteries that I use with my Meier PCII. I keep one in my charger, one in the amplifier, and swap them out as needed. Since I use my amplifier biased to Class A operation, I chose to disable the LED to conserve some juice. I figured I wouldn't forget to turn the amp off. Anyway, I did forget, and so one of my batteries drained down to no charge. When I tried to charge it in my iPower FC-500, nothing happened. No red LED indicating "charging", no blinking red LED indicating "bad battery", and no green LED indicating "fully charged".

I have since charged my other battery so I know the charger is not the problem. Is there any way for me to restore my second Plainview?

Try leaving it on your charger in a charge state for an hour, see what happens. Do you have a voltmeter? How many volts does your "dead" battery have?
