I think AudioCubes forgot about me.

I ordered some Audio Technica AD700's last Friday from them, but I've still yet to get any confirmation e-mails or anything from them. My order isn't listed in the "View the orders I have made." section of my account on the site, and the money has been taken out of my PayPal account.

I've sent them an email about it, but I'm posting here to see if anyone has had any similar experiences.

They haven't forgotten about me have they? >_<

I have never had that....processing can sometimes take a while, but as soon as an order was placed I got an email confirmation and it was listed as pending under my account.

Maybe it's because I'm in England?

Although, I don't think it'd take this long to process.

Why didn't you order it through Amazon UK? It'll be heck shipping it back to Japan if it's DOA.

Amazon UK doesn't have them.

And every UK site I've tried they cost £109, where as they cost $109 on AudioCubes. £109 = $220 :O

And thanks. I can't wait to hear them.

Interesting. In the states, Amazon has them for $115 shipped. Try emailing them about it. Their Reseller rating's review deem them to be a very competent site.

Yeah I've sent an email.

The reason I bought from AudioCubes is because I heard nothing but good things about them on here. I'm sure there's no problems with my order though, I'm confident I'll get them eventually.

Sometimes packages get held up in customs. Wait another week or so. Did they ship them out already?

I have ordered from Audio Cubes several times and never experience anything similar. Last parcel orderd two weeks ago and it arrived in Norway 12 days later.

Kohn are very service minded, so send him an email I am certain he will fix any issues.

I don't know. I haven't heard anything from them. It's like I haven't ordered anything.

When they are out-of-stock on an item they do not notify you. When I e-mailed them in a similar case, they responded fairly quickly, not sure why things took so long the representative forward me to the folks managing the deliveries, and they told me that they were out of stock, just got the items and were shipping them right at that day actually.

Although...I could see my order. I suggest you give them a call, it might be a system bug (internet is by far not error proof). The fact that money was taken off the paypal account means that the charging system worked.
