I-pod mini dying?

Hey guys, randomly when i'm listening to my ipod, even though it's fully charged, it'll stop playing, show some battery with an exclimation mark on it and shut down. After this i have to reboot it by pressing menu + select. What's wrong with my ipod? =/

Try reformating it, it may help.

Also try re-loading the firmware on it.

Maybe your battery is dying. It's happened to a few of my ipods-and the battery with an exclamation mark is supposed to indicate low battery-or at least I've always thought so.

Wow.....That just started happening to me a week ago, and before now, i never heard of anyone having the same problem. Will reformating it do something?

If none of the above works, your battery probably needs to be replaced.

EDIT: Try reseting it while connected to AC power. Toggle the hold switch off then on and then reset it.
