i might've overpaid a little, but i crushed my lat mp3 player and i needed one pronto.

Not sure, but that's sony stock phones. They can be above average DAP stock phones, but i doubt they sound good. I doubt, but i can be wrong ...

i found it on ebay, the nw-e016, which is a 4gb model. i paid about 195, which i think is more than msrp, but you can't really get it in the states, so bleh...i think it was somewhat worth it.
the 2gb model is the nw-e015 and i forgot what the 1gb model was called.

sonic stage is a pain in the ass sometimes, but i love the player so the software isn't going to keep me away from it.

dude...the thing sounds amazing.
there's a 5 band eq that sounds good.
there's different effects that you can apply to the music to simulate various settings such as in an arena or a club or studio.
man...

and it looks as cool in real life as it does in the picture.

go get one.

it's one of the new sony mp3 player series that not called network walkman. the players in this serie doesn't need the sonic stage or etc. it is an ums device that you can drag an drop your mp3's in it. I can't believe sony, they have done a very big surprise with giving up sonic stage. you have choosen a good player , I suppose you won't feel sorry.
